Delivery Policy

All Delivery is FREE!

In stock items will be despatched from our warehouse within 2 working days, do allow for the post.  

Orders will be sent first class post and do not require a signature upon delivery.

If goods are out of stock, e mail us with your queries, and we will get back to you explaining when they will be available.

Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please return it to us in its original un-used condition with all tags and packaging within 14 days quoting your order number shown on your invoice or confirmation email, advising whether you would like a replacement or a refund.

Please let us know the reason for the return. Alternatively please contact our sales department (selecting the subject as returns) with any query you may have. Please be aware that you are responsible for the return item arriving back at the Boohai warehouse, we advise recorded or insured delivery for returns.
